PROFILE TYPES and VARIATIONS:
All of the standard profile types in both masonry and drywall are represented within the standard configuration. This includes mullion and sill variations as well.

Material gauge is tracked and the location of hardware and other cutouts and intersections is accurately resolved by the system.

Ordermation is configured so that additional profiles and profile variations may be added by users.  Upon request, Digital Resources can be contracted to expand the system as well.

MULTIPLE PROFILES
in ONE ELEVATION

Here we see an example of four distinct profiles used in a single elevation.  Ordermation automatically tracks the mating relationships, intersections, and resulting miters or notches.

This information, along with frame construction, material type and thickness, is immediately and automatically applied to individual component drawings to produce shear sizes, flat-pattern parts and NC programs.  All of this is done by the system without any user interaction on the component level.

HINGES:
Fields are provided for input of hinge size, weight, backset and quantity. Hinge locations are automatically calculated once the user specifies quantity and manufacturer location format. Values supplied by the system may be overridden by the user if deemed appropriate.

Input fields for strike types and locations are also presented, as shown below.
